Connections Platform
Public safety operations generate data across 9-1-1 telephony, radio, computer-aided dispatch (CAD), and location systems. GovWorx uses this data to support quality assurance, real-time call support, records retrieval, and logging. The Connections Platform provides documented interfaces for retrieving and sharing this data, and for integrating the systems that produce it. The data belongs to the customer.
